Staff Policy

Here at 6RO we uphold our staff to the highest of standards. While being a staff member, we utilize a two strike system instead of the common three strikes. We expect our staff to excel at their duties and be polite to everyone. Below are our current policies.

• Misconduct

• Rude/Disrespectful

• Inappropriate behaviors

• Misleading behaviors

• Harrassment

• Discrimination

• Damage/destruction to property

• Insubordination

• Violation of confidentiality (in regards to assets or agreements)

All of the following are violations which you will receive a strike for. 

Failure to comply  after two strikes will lead to an intervention plan upon the first strike and a termination with a second strike.
